Omotola Textiles & Apparel
Terminus Market, Jos • Daily trade turned into financial profile
Built for people whose economic activity is real, but whose financial history is often invisible.
Farmers
Seasonal income shouldn't mean permanent financial exclusion. Flexible facilities that match planting and harvest seasons.
Market women
Daily economic activity should help build financial opportunity. Turning fast-moving inventory into verified financial history.
MSMEs
Growing businesses need financial tools that understand how they actually operate, evaluating real cash flow rather than land titles.
Millions create value every day. Too little of that value becomes financial opportunity.
Traditional financial systems often depend on formal salaries, collateral, established credit histories and documentation that many underserved entrepreneurs simply do not have.
But lack of formal financial history does not mean lack of economic activity.
The problem is that much of this activity is not captured in a financial identity that lenders can understand.
Turn everyday activity into financial identity.
Understand
We learn about the customer's identity, business, income patterns and economic activity.
Build
We combine consented alternative data, savings behaviour and financial activity to build a financial identity.
Save
Customers can build financial discipline and establish a track record through savings.
Access
When eligible, customers can access credit based on their financial capacity rather than simply the amount they request.
Grow
Successful repayment strengthens their financial identity and can progressively unlock greater financial access.
Your financial history is more than a credit score.
For millions of people, their financial story exists outside traditional banking systems. Truemonie looks at the broader picture to create a richer understanding of a customer’s actual financial capacity.
More evidence. Not more surveillance.
All data is gathered strictly with customer consent. We never sell customer records or extract invasive personal data. We gather only the practical economic signals necessary to establish fair financial standing.
Financial tools for people who keep communities moving.
Smallholder Farmers
Farming income is seasonal. Farmers often face urgent financial needs around planting and harvest while lacking suitable financial products. Truemonie aims to help farmers build financial identity, manage savings and access appropriate financing.
Market Women
Market women manage real businesses every day, often operating outside traditional financial systems. Truemonie helps turn their economic activity and financial behaviour into a stronger financial profile.
MSMEs
Small businesses need working capital to buy inventory, manage cash flow and grow. Truemonie helps businesses build a financial track record and access responsible credit based on their capacity.
We don’t just ask how much you want. We ask what you can responsibly carry.
Credit should help people grow, not trap them in cycles of debt. Truemonie assesses financial capacity using available economic and behavioural information to determine an appropriate level of credit.
Start small
Build trust before increasing exposure. Credit begins conservatively to protect borrower cash flow.
Understand deeply
Use more relevant evidence to understand financial capacity, looking at true operational velocity rather than arbitrary requirements.
Grow together
Good financial behaviour can unlock greater opportunities over time as repayment history strengthens.
Build the habit before you need the money.
Savings are more than a place to keep money. For underserved customers, consistent saving can become part of the financial identity they build over time.
Truemonie connects savings behaviour with a broader pathway toward financial access.
See how your daily trade translates into credit capacity.
Unlike traditional banks that demand fixed collateral, Truemonie models capacity directly on your real cash flow velocity and business rhythm.
Repayments are calculated to never exceed safe cash flow thresholds, protecting household sustainability.
3x limit increase after 3 consecutive successful repayment cycles
Subject to consented alternative data verification upon regional launch.
We’re not building another loan app.
Traditional lenders often depend on collateral, formal income and established credit histories. Community lenders build trust through relationships. Truemonie combines the strengths of both approaches with technology and data.

Better financial access can create better economic outcomes.
Truemonie measures success not by loan volume, but by the tangible economic resilience of the households and communities we serve.
No Poverty
Creating durable pathways from informal cash subsistence to formal, recognized credit capacity.
Zero Hunger
Providing smallholder farmers with timely working capital around planting, fertilizer, and harvest seasons.
Gender Equality
Empowering female market traders who manage essential community commerce outside traditional banking.
Decent Work & Economic Growth
Equipping informal micro-enterprises with reliable capital to invest in inventory, trade stability, and hiring.
Reduced Inequalities
Eliminating the artificial divide between salaried corporate workers and productive informal entrepreneurs.
The problem became personal.
“I grew up with my grandfather, who is a farmer.”
I saw firsthand what happened after harvest. After months of hard work, he sometimes had to sell his produce quickly because he needed cash for household expenses and did not have adequate storage.
That experience made me think differently about financial inclusion.
The issue wasn’t that his work had no value. It was that the financial system did not adequately understand the reality of his income, his seasonality and his needs.
As a software engineer and data scientist, I began researching how technology and alternative data could help create a better financial picture for people like him.
That became the foundation for Truemonie.
Built around responsible financial access.
Transparent terms
Customers should clearly understand what they owe before accepting a financial product. No hidden appraisal fees, unexpected commissions, or misleading terms.
Consent-based data
Customer data should be collected and used responsibly. Every alternative data signal is gathered strictly with verified consent and institutional-grade protection.
Appropriate credit
Credit decisions should consider repayment capacity, not just demand. We do not over-leverage borrowers with facilities that strain their household or enterprise cash flow.
Progressive access
Customers can build their financial identity through positive financial behaviour. Reliability and regular savings unlock progressively larger and lower-cost facilities.
A financial system that sees the work behind the numbers.
Truemonie is building a better pathway from economic activity to financial opportunity.
